HELPFUL NOTES
1. The Certification Form dated (Revised 9-99) is still current and will be utilized until supplies dwindle down but newer forms available on-line are updated for CFE changes.
2. It may ask you for a password just click cancel once or twice and you get the form anyway.  We can't figure out why it happens so can't correct it.
3. It will ask you if you want to enable macros - doesn't matter, works the same if you do or if you don't.
4. If you use Netscape Navigator and get a message "Unknown file type application/xls" there's a "Browse" button - select it and find the location of your Excel program. I went down and found Excel/xls extension and selected that and it worked.
